what a night.

so last night was full of fun and bulimic activities. i gain 4 pounds since yesterday.... how that happen, i dont know. now im back at school for a week, run and gun all week long and work from 9-3!

finals week.... over... school over.

a lot of stress this past week and i think because of that.... i skippex alot of meals.. for instance, today is the second day in the past week, i havent ate for 24 hours.. yeah i know this isnt healthy, but i'm really not that hungry and i think because of that... im that-->

its 7 am, been up all night, doing nada. gonna go to the gym in a hour.. jeez, mysleep schedule is all messed up right now.

i've never been to the gym in the morning.

after my last final, the 14th. i have 1 more week in school. during that week, i hope to destroy this body, break down to 175 and then hopefully by the end of the summer 165...

jeez, thats a far time from now.....

man, im reallly pissed i missed that wale concert yesterday at the lounge!

i run so hard, i bleed

today was a good run, haven't run in like 2 months. I hit 4 miles surprisingly. throughout the run, my heel is digging into my sneakers, but i pay no mind, go to the locker room take my kicks off and this is what i see..



i was like wtheck is that red dot on my heel?! turn it around and see something horrible.







it was a great run, didnt even bother me too much, but dang i cant run in bloody sneakers. i need a pair of running sneakers now.

+4, 1 more month and some..

gained 4 in a week.. not suprised a bit.. a lot of eating and socializing and fun, very little basketball and sweating..

good week.. good week..

i will lose this in a weeek i'd say.

school has been horrible. i hate it, classes that is.

i love being bald. except my hairline is moving up by the minute. i gotta cardio this boddy hard this month. one more left.. and its over. not really.

i feel like i might go extreme starvation methods this next month,

ugh, i ate so much week.

I NEED ADVICE on lifting, when im gone , the whole city miss me =(

all right, all right, i know i haven't updated this in a while. so how's the losing weight working out? umm, honestly, it was going good, but now its blahblehboo. so this past Monday, i did something i haven't done in 2 years. i actually lifted. now im sore as hell, but i want to do this. I don't know why i never wanted to lifted, but now i guess im a bit curious and I want to do something with this fat/body.

I would have to say the hardest part is the diet. I think for the most part, I'm doing fine at school, but when I'm not here, whether at home or off campus, I go CRACK CRAZY for some good food. I'd be orderin these salads that i know damn well aint healthy, but they taste like crack. food is my enemy.

Cardio was fun and still is, until my ipod battery died. now im depressed, like wtfoodge, i can't believe my ipod died during the most important part of my life, losing weight! i cant listen to no waledance or blah. I havent been runnin these past 2 weeks cuz of tests and what not, but i plan to go runnin soon.

Basically the point of this post was to ask any of you guys, if you can give any tips or advice on lifting. This is my first time, so I really don't know crap about what I'm doing. Like talk to me like I'm 7 years old. I just learned about what biceps and triceps are, so I'm like that oblivious to my body, as well as the gym. If you plan on giving me advice or any tips, I'd prefer email or aim.

So yeah, that's a quick look of how i looked in life. basically i wanted to look like my third picture, but now i want to lift and see what i can do with this "untapped potential". this is what i would listen to if i had a freaking ipod.

Weigh In

Alright everyone weigh in day is here.

Due to technical difficulties the video cannot be uploaded today but heres the info:

1) Im 194.8 pds with just boxers on.
2) 21% Body Fat.
3) I want to lose 20-25 pounds.
4) i have lots of healthy food and im goin to starve myself for the next 4 months and use my index finger to my advantage. jk.

Bets are officially OPEN and must be emailed to ericweighsin@gmail.com
For each bet:
1)the weight given must be to the 10th decimal place. For example 194.8 anything after the 10th decimal place will be discarded.
2)The body fat percentage must be an integer (no decimals).

As far as the money goes we will email you back with either a person to give the money to or a method of payment depending on your situation.

THE CONTEST



The main reason for this blog is that we will be hosting a pool on how much eric will weigh by the end of his semester (May 23rd 2009). so here are the RULES:

1. Each person is allowed a maximum of 5 pool entries.

2. Each pool entry will cost $5 and for each entry both a weight and body fat percentage must be given. (The body fat percentage will be used as a tie breaker in the event of a tie. A tie may occur if there are multiple bets on a certain weight, if two bets are the same difference from the end weight etc. ) In the event multiple people guess the same weight and body fat percentage the winnings will be chopped.

3. All entries are emailed to ericweighsin@gmail.com

4. Since this pool is to help eric lose weight, the amount of weight eric loses will be the percentage he gets from the total pool. For example if he loses 10 pounds he will receive 10% of the total pot. The rest will go to the winner(s).

5. If you do know eric you can not in any way reveal your entry weight to him. All guesses must be kept to yourself.

6. You are allowed to influence eric. As a reminder, you don't have to necessarily bet that he will lose weight so junk food or any other tactic to get at him is fair game. Positive influence is also encouraged since we really do want eric to lose weight.

7. Eric will officially weigh in on January 26th, 2009 and once the weight is posted bets may be sent to the email address specified above. All bets must be entered by Friday January 30th 2009.
