I NEED ADVICE on lifting, when im gone , the whole city miss me =(

all right, all right, i know i haven't updated this in a while. so how's the losing weight working out? umm, honestly, it was going good, but now its blahblehboo. so this past Monday, i did something i haven't done in 2 years. i actually lifted. now im sore as hell, but i want to do this. I don't know why i never wanted to lifted, but now i guess im a bit curious and I want to do something with this fat/body.

I would have to say the hardest part is the diet. I think for the most part, I'm doing fine at school, but when I'm not here, whether at home or off campus, I go CRACK CRAZY for some good food. I'd be orderin these salads that i know damn well aint healthy, but they taste like crack. food is my enemy.

Cardio was fun and still is, until my ipod battery died. now im depressed, like wtfoodge, i can't believe my ipod died during the most important part of my life, losing weight! i cant listen to no waledance or blah. I havent been runnin these past 2 weeks cuz of tests and what not, but i plan to go runnin soon.

Basically the point of this post was to ask any of you guys, if you can give any tips or advice on lifting. This is my first time, so I really don't know crap about what I'm doing. Like talk to me like I'm 7 years old. I just learned about what biceps and triceps are, so I'm like that oblivious to my body, as well as the gym. If you plan on giving me advice or any tips, I'd prefer email or aim.

So yeah, that's a quick look of how i looked in life. basically i wanted to look like my third picture, but now i want to lift and see what i can do with this "untapped potential". this is what i would listen to if i had a freaking ipod.

hungry.

me so sad and hungry. peanuts and special K get tiring after awhile.. although special K is prettyu good. doo doo with peanuts is mad annoying too. i poo too much cuase of peanuts. and im stilll heavy
